I want you to reflect on what you knew/know about Native Americans and something new (if anything). Native Americans have been present before the “discovery” by Europeans but their history is often relegated to encounters (think Pocahontas), the Indian Wars (think Sitting Bull), sometimes their help in WW2 (Code Talkers), or Reservations/boarding schools (think atrocities from 1800s-present).
