The Rand 36 item is the form survey. In this assignment,
students will complete and grade their results from the
survey. They will also complete and grade a survey for a
parent or grandparent and compare both results.
Students need to understand this outcome study which
looks at observational results and variations that may
affect quality of life. Please submit a comparison with
these results along with a self-reflection that is at least
1 page typed in 12 font single spaced.
