Include a heading (upper left), with your name, your professor’s title/name, course prefix/number, and the date
Include a title (centered, same size and style font as the rest of the document)

Your response should be approximately 350-650 words.
For your response:
In your own words, briefly summarize the reading’s main claim(s).
Identify what you consider to be a particularly significant passage from the reading, and briefly, explain its significance.
Explain the applicability of the reading’s core concepts to course themes/questions (e.g., apply the concept to primary reading texts and/or synthesize with other secondary scholarship [I.E. Rosemary’s Baby, The Exorcist (1973), The discussion of what defines horror and terror).
Write at least two discussion questions about any aspect of the reading.
You do not need to include a formal introduction or conclusion; simply address the four elements listed above in paragraph form.
Ideally, your response will serve to guide you in discussion.
