(Part 1): Imagine that you are angry/hurt/sad with an individual in your life (current or past) ORyou have made an individual/s feel angry/hurt/sad – and you are trying to learn to forgive. In your reflection paper first, write a letter to this individual/s (this may be letter to yourself), which you express your forgiveness. (Please use fictitious name/s).
(Part 2): Then in the conclusion, (Question 1) write a description of how forgiveness feels to you after writing this letter (at least one paragraph). Also, include if you plan on sharing this letter (Question 2) with this individual/s now, in the future, or never. Explain why or why not?
