4. Provide a rationale or justification for why it is important to teach this course in this manner, using the methodology and teaching strategies indicated (2-4 paragraphs, with a minimum of three references).

The paper should be 1-2 pages in length, not counting the title page and references, and written in APA format. A title page is required, but no table of contents or abstract is needed.
