Hello Class,
There are many factors involved when it comes to the selection decision of employees in multinational organizations. Some of the factors include being able to cope in certain situationsand the ability to handle stress. With comminication skills one musyt have the ability to communicate with others. By having that communication the ability to adapt to a different culture will come easy. One would have to consider the culture difference, regulation and languguage as well. Whoever is cosing would have to make the nessacery culture adjust to be able to adapt.
One of the biggest things over all would be communication because it will be so much diversity. Not all employees possess the abilty to communicate well. This could make others feel like they do not belong in the company or make them want to leave the company because they do not understand the culture different or understand the language of others. However, there are so many different apps that will translate for us that can help if one is willing to learn.
