For a more theoretical approach, there are again more than a few options—you could use gender/feminist approaches to the play to flesh out what is troubling about the relationship or the construction of gender roles within the play; you could write about the construction of inward identity and desire in the play and use psychoanalytic criticism. You could do a kind of new formalism where you track specific images/words and create an interpretation of how the text works
